He contacted me about a 10 acre parcel that his cell tower company had purchased to put up a 100' tall cell tower. They only needed about 1/2 acre at the front of the property and wanted to sell the balance behind it. We chatted and worked out have an easement thru their property to the remaining 10 acres behind it. We did a bit of haggling and agreed on a fair price and closed about 30 days later.
Sandye Allen(Seller)
This lady and I have been going thru the process of buying 2 pieces of land she and her brothers have owned for years. We started the process back in March 2024 and are getting ready to close on the 80 acres as on the filming of this video. August 8th is closing date. She's a delight.
Paige Wolfe(Buyer)
Paige and her partner live just outside Mountain Home Arkansas and saw a facebook posting. She called, chatted and went out to see the property, made an offer, I accepted. She got a local attorney to handle the closing and things went very smoothly, They are in the process of building on the 4 acres their dream home.
Robert Hernandez - Atty & Title agent
Robert is both an attorney and a closing agent for the law firm that I use for all of my closings throughout the state of Arkansas. I have had over a half dozens closings with them and he was kind enough to do this short video with me totally unscripted.
